Quality

We run a great network. Anyone can claim that, but we mean it. If we were going to lie to you over the Internet, we'd tell you we were the son of a deposed African dictator who needs your help to get millions of dollars out of a frozen bank account. Email us all your personal banking information for more details about this mutually rewarding opportunity.

But the network stuff we're totally serious about. We're participating in the CAIDA ARK Project and the RIPE Test Traffic Measurement Service (we are #180). RIPE RIS proves that we have indeed very short AS paths (3.1 vs. global average of 4.3). Hurricane Electric rates us among the best-connected networks in Switzerland and Renesys, in November 2010, ranked us among the 500 best-connected networks on the planet — thanks largely to the fantastic peering partners who make that possible.

Of course, we are a government licensed ISP and a RIPE NCC LIR.

If you're thinking of peering or partnering with us, or just sending us very geeky fan mail, be assured that we're worthy of your time and attention. That's not to say we're perfect yet — so if you'd like to work with us to get us a little closer to that goal, please do!

AMS-IX SARAAMS-IX SARA

The Internet and all its applications have almost become part of our senses these days. Many of us feel the need to be online 24 hours a day, being interconnected with your friends, family, colleagues and customers - interconnected with the world at large. This interconnectivity of people is fed by the interconnectivity of the networks they are using, which is the main purpose of AMS-IX.
